We employ a method
of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card
information. This online system is 100% secure.
A note about the
Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limit your total
loss and cannot hold you liable for than fifty dollars of reported
fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent
manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in
accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage
you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on
our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order
(only) or a personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as
we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please
allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise
if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form
with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and
complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Shipping Info
99%
of all orders ship the same day if the order is received before 2:00pm
MST. All orders placed after that time are shipped the following day.
All products are 100% new factory sealed products with full manufacturers warranties.
Shipping Methods
All pedals ship via US Priority Mail 2 to 3 day service or Express Mail.
All
Rack Processors, Amps, Midi Controllers and Speaker Cabs ship via UPS
Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Overnight Shipping.
All
orders that need Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping please call us prior to
purchasing to ensure we can get the package out in the time frame you
need. Placing an order for the above rush shipping option does not
guarantee we can ship that same day so again please contact us first.
Package
Tracking is available for both USPS and UPS via our Order Tracking link
at the top of our site. We update all tracking info immediately after
your package has been tagged for shipping.
Shipping Damage Claims
Rarely
do we have problems with shipping due to the way we package our
products. We use 100% new boxes purchased directly from USPS and UPS.
In
case of a package being damaged we require you to save 100% of all the
packing materials in order for us to file a claim properly. If you
throw away the packing materials there will be no way for us to get a
claim on the product and we WILL NOT be able to swap it out for you.
Return / Refund Policy
NO RETURNS, OF ANY TYPE, WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A "RMA" NUMBER.
Before
returning any item, you must email us for a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number within 30 days of your invoice date for a Return
Authorization (RMA) number.
To return an item and receive a RMA
number, please email returns@tunnelvisionmusic.com for a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number. Please include your order number and
a reason for return with your request.
All items must be
received within 7 days of issuing a RMA number. Any item not received
within that time with be refused and no refund will be issued. All
items must be returned freight pre-paid. No COD's will be accepted. All
items must be in "new" condition, in original packaging with all
documentation and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a
delay or a partial credit being issued.
All non-defective "used" returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective
items may be returned for a "same item" replacement/exchange only. If
the same item is not available, TunnelVision Music.com will substitute
a similar item of equal or greater value or issue a refund.
The
RA number must be written on the outside of the box. All items must be
sent via UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail, or other delivery service that offers
package tracking.
Items that are purchased from our Current Specials area of our site are non-returnable unless defective.
We do not accept returns on Talkboxes, Strings or Power Supplies.

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the shipping charges associated with each item.
